Capitol concrete charged me 125 bucks truck time . Truck showed up 45 minutes early at 11:15 then get mud off by 12:15 might have been over a few minutes . I had to call my help because truck was so early and tell them to get over here now still got mud off in an hour. After talking with capitol about the time line they still charged me.
