After 33,000.00 cash in repairs paid out of pocket I was given the go ahead to pick up my vehicle. I’m now another 20,000.00 in repairs later and still not done. I’ve put several calls in to Ashley and her staff. I’ve never experienced such negligence. Every sensor was wrong, I’ve got paint rust, significant safety issues with my steering wheel column. Do not trust them. I’m disgusted

I purchased a vehicle from Helena motors. After 1 year I noticed paint flaking off the front air dam. I knew that it had one accident. I reached out to the original owner of the car to find out who repaired the vehicle. 6 months later I noticed paint coming off the driver door. I stopped in to find out what can be done about the poor quality of painting that was done on my car. They did look up that in fact they did do the repair on my car. I've had body work done here twice, and they always do a very thorough job with both the aesthetics and the calibration. What's more, even when the body work has nothing to do with the interior, they always give me back a fully washed and cleaned car, both outside AND in. With two small kids at home, the inside of my car is definitely very dirty, and I really appreciate this gesture above and beyond!
