I have asked for their phone number and address and they will not provide me with anything. I have told them to send my account details to the mail address they have on file. No response. The account they are trying to collect is current. Sounds like a scam.

The problem with collections agencies like this is that not only do they hit you up like you owe child support (everyday sometimes 2-3x). It’s that if they’re calling you, all the damage they could do to you to incentivize you for payment has already been done. Your credit is dinged the moment they begin head hunting. They can’t garnish your wages. They can’t put a lean against your property. They can only annoy and act as though they have some semblance of power just to earn their commission. They have been calling me for months apparently to ask me to pay my dental bill from 2 yers ago! When I called the Dental Office to send me proof that I still owe them money, they told me that I don’t owe them anything and that if they would have had any problem with my bill, they would have contacted me directly! Also they assured me that they don’t work with third parties like debt collectors! Be careful people! I blocked their number!

This company needs to be reported as they only accept payment with pre paid cards... do not trust anything they say
