I have always been very happy with everything at Capital City Vision. It starts with Dr. Colleen Phillips who is an excellent optometrist. She is so thorough, knowledgeable, caring and professional. Her staff is always very friendly and competent. I drive from Marshall Michigan for my eye care, as does my whole family because we believe it is absolutely the best eye care around! We trust in Dr. Phillips and her staff. Highly recommend this office! ❤️
Doctor and staff are not friendly, and they do not return phone calls. Billing problems they send to a collection agency without telling you. They charge for for procedures usuing new equipment without telling you there will be a charge.
Thank you for helping my little cutie get even cuter. On the way home tonight he said, mom my glasses are awesome I can see everything. You guys are the best.
