Dr Phillips is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. She expresses compassion and empathy when sharing news that about my eyes that is worrisome. Linda has always helped me pick the right frames for my face. Dana greets me with a smile every time. The new younger staff are efficient, friendly, and caring. We have been going to Dr Phillips for over 30 years!

My experiences with Capital City Vision have always been excellent. Most recently, I suddenly developed a worrying vision problem over the weekend. I phoned Dr. Phillip's office at 8am on Monday... the minute they opened. They squeezed me in at 9:30 that same morning, for a very thorough exam.
Everyone is very flexible, professional and they make you feel like family.
