WOW! What a great buying experience! It's not your typical car dealer experience at all. Ray is made the purchase as painless as possible, and is/was a pleasure with which to negotiate. Tony, the owner, followed up on a few minor repairs and servicing with integrity and professionalism. He certainly went above and beyond what I would expect a Dealer to do. Got a 2018 Kia Sorento from CCT about a month ago and it's been great since. When it comes to sales reps Ray is your man hands down no bs he's there to get you into the car "you" want and loves to joke around. The car on arrival was sold as is ofc and had barely any cosmetic damage for a used car, it was nothing that would've stopped me from making the purchase especially at such a great price, I applaud them for that. If there's any place to go it's CCT I say.
They were nice when I got there, but the van I looked at had a decent amount of issues for the price. Needed tires, brakes, major hard pull to the right, and worst of all it had significant water damage in the very back. All the seats were rusted back there, along with erosion on the carpet. I pulled the carpet up to fine the floor pan significantly rusted and crumbling.
