Will never recommend ‼️ The staff is so unprofessional ‼️
Not happy. Go somewhere else. If you have BCBS. And they tell you that it’s covered. Don’t listen to them… for 1 thing. They didn’t help my son. At all. The last appt we went to they just let him Hide under the table. Charged us for it. And didn’t come out for us to get him to come out from under it. This was after him going there for months… then after we quit. they tell us the Blue cross wasn’t covering it. So we get a bill for over $1,000. UNPROFESSIONAL…. We get a bill for this. My 4yr old was recommended here by her doctor for speech so far my daughter has been doing more sign language and talking a little bit even it’s just random things out the blue her Therapist Ms. Parker is awesome!
We’ve had nothing short of a wonderful experience with our kiddo and Capital City. All of the therapists that she’s seen have been great and patient with her.
