I love Capital City. I go here for my tattoos and piercings. I feel very comfortable at the shop and love everybody that works at Capital City. I love going to Tiffiny for all my piercing needs. She is very helpful with all my questions. She honestly is the best piercer I have gone to. Scott is amazing. I love my pieces that he did. They are both so beautiful.
Scott has done most of my work. Every time I walk in with a small idea and every time he’s turned it into so much more than I expected. It’s gotten to the point that I just show him a couple simple pictures and let him have free reign. He knows better than I do what I’m going for and then works his magic. I always walk out happy!
hands down best tattoo shop i have EVER been to. Scott is seriously such an amazing artist. they’re super clean. i get stopped constantly getting compliments about the work i have from him. i wouldnt recommend any other shop but his.
Scott has done tattoos on me and he is amazing. The atmosphere at this shop is welcoming, nonjudgmental, open and very fun. Scott makes sure you are taken care of. I have never had a better experience. Everyone is professional and positive. You have a vision for a tattoo they will make sure it comes true and its unique. Great service! If this is your first tattoo, I would recommend coming here.
