I have had my solar system for five years. I have never had a concern about it. There was a problem that Capital City picked up on their end and called me to re program a part of the system. There is a standard output that is monitored on there end I am confident that my service is always at a high level. Capital City Solar is the BEST! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The office staff were professional & efficient and kept the whole process running smoothly. The installation crew was absolutely incredible! They are a great group of guys- very courteous, clean, responsive, and hardworking.
