They have a reputation of being rude, and one of their drivers almost caused myself and another driver to crash by failing to yield when we were driving by an on-ramp on 78 in Westerly this morning!
They listed the item as grade a and in the pictures it looked very good. When I drove 2 hours to get there it was damaged and not in grade A condition. I paid online when I purchased the item and they said to allow 24hrs to pull the part. I called 2 days later because I had not heard anything yet. They said they would call when it was ready. They all suck they all talk to you like shit like they don’t want your business the only one that’s a descent person is Johnny at the North Providence location leos salvage and they don’t even give you the number if you ask for that yard � FUCK CAPITAL CITY !
I wish I could give zero stars here. They were incredibly rude and dismissive on the phone and told me the part would take 20 minutes to get. Then when it was ordered and paid for over the phone I was told it would be an hour. When I got there a little over an hour later they said it was going to be another 20 minutes and when I went to sit down to wait in their office they told me to wait in my car. Completely unprofessional. Avoid if at all possible.
