Beware to All Tenants Who Currently Or Will Be Renting an Apartment from Capitol city properties!! They are SCAM Company, they will took/steal the tenants Security Desposit when you moving out! I was the victim and i spent alot of money to filed a lawsuit against Glenn Friedman/Capitol city properties in Sept 2023 at Albany Small Court . I won the Court trail on Nov,2023. if you're considering renting an apartment from Glenn Friedman, you should reconsider, especially if you're a disabled person. Glenn is the epitome of an ableist slumlord. I was a tenant for 1.5 years and in that time I suffered so much because of him. I had no working hot water in the middle of winter for over one month. I was threatened with retaliatory eviction for reporting the issues to codes because he continually refused repairs.
