It's difficult to tell whether Glenn Friedman is neurotic or if it's an act. Having conversations with him about property issues is traumatizing, and that is not an exaggeration. I've had a lifetime of landlords and this was the worst experience of my life. Someone posted something last night about Capital City Properties and Glenn Friedman. The person claims to be disabled and further claims that Glenn got sued, lost and is refusing to adhere to a court order. My experience with him as my current landlord differs vastly from her post. I would certainly hope for her sake that she is not lying because the Glenn in that post is not the Glenn who's been our landlord for the past five years. I read a review on this guy of a listing he has at 180 Allen St. and how he took advantage of a tenant that had to take him to court for their security deposit and he still won't pay it. I don't smoke,drink,do drugs,steal or hang out in the streets and I believe the review I read.
The owner is very responsive & cares for the building very well.
