if you're considering renting an apartment from Glenn Friedman, you should reconsider, especially if you're a disabled person. Glenn is the epitome of an ableist slumlord. It's difficult to tell whether Glenn Friedman is neurotic or if it's an act. Having conversations with him about property issues is traumatizing, and that is not an exaggeration. I've had a lifetime of landlords and this was the worst experience of my life. I am a professional working single parent of two children and had to live with mold problems, leaky pipes, rotting and shedding wood, lead paint, no snow/ice removal, and electrical issues. Someone posted something last night about Capital City Properties and Glenn Friedman. The person claims to be disabled and further claims that Glenn got sued, lost and is refusing to adhere to a court order. My experience with him as my current landlord differs vastly from her post. I would certainly hope for her sake that she is not lying because the Glenn in that post is not the Glenn who's been our landlord for the past five years.
