If I could give “0” stars I would. This company is one of the worst I have every used. In the span of 3 weeks, they no showed 4 times and had 2 call outs needing a new care giver on short notice. When I notified our scheduler, Mary about the no shows she seemed very nonchalant about it. Which makes me think this is a frequent problem. This is unacceptable for families that need help with care for a sick family member. I would tell anyone to avoid this company.
Coastal Home Care is a great company to work for! There is great communication and collaboration amongst all team members, and the team strive to address any issues that arise quickly and effectively.

I went for orientation on 1/18/24 at Coastal Home Care I supposed to get paid for the orientation hours for today I not get paid for that few hours in the orientation I call many time asking about it and and they always have excuse they say I will call you back and that never happened; also the app not working properly no allowed me to pick any shift and they even call for ask or check
