I have been a patient with Capital City Associates for about 12 yrs and I’ll always remember in 2009 when I had Bell’s palsy and the genuine concern Dr Charmaine Blair showed. I was extremely scared and she assured me although things seemed bad that I would get thru it. She assigned me a speech therapist and after 3 1/2 months I made a full recovery. I’m thankful til this day for all the care Dr. Blair gave and still provides.

I highly recommend Dr. Carter. She is very kind and attentive in taking care of my 86 yr old mother. She listens and follows through with testing and recommendations for my mom. The staff is also very professional and caring.

There is ALWAYS a long wait to be seen even with an appointment! When you finally get to your provider it's a rush to get you out!
