This is truly the best repair company I’ve ever had in my home. From start to finish every time. Five Stars!
Waited three weeks our order to be complete. After our three week wait, we discover that the wrong part was ordered, this time they decide to ecpide the shipment. Try living in Louisiana in the month of July with no A/C. After replacing the part on our unit, 6 weeks later it is broken again.
This Company was contracted out through my Home Warranty plan , came to my house , told me my heat needed an upgrade, took my money and left all in 10 minutes, never to call back or answer phones when i called them. They lied! I had someone else come out amd 3 , yes 3 of my heatstrips were out!!! I would not recommend them to anyone, as a matter of fact, i make sure to tell them not to use them !!!!
