Joanna was very sweet. We had our 9-yr old daughter with us and Joanna treated her like a queen. Brought her out a candy jar and let her be a part of the car buying process. Joanna was knowledgeable regarding the car we were looking for. Very easy be around. All and all we had a good experience.
Very experienced & friendly staff. Keep u apprised of the process from start to finish. We would definitely shop here again. Rachel was our representative & she’s super organized.
Customer service and sales man terrible. Bought a car from them and sales man felix said if I referred people to him which I ended up doing who two people bought cars from this dealership in return he’ll offer accessories. Now he is saying I never did refer them and has been bouncing around for a month when I am asking for the accessories available. Don’t refer nor do business with these people.
Apparently after u buy a vehicle and all the upgrades you will be placed at the back of the line on sat and Sundays should u have questions even if they promise to call u back new customers will come first during busy days smh
