Marc was very thorough, easy to talk to, and did a great job breaking down the issues he saw and solutions at varies cost points. Has a great disposition where he can see all the potential a home has, even though he's looking for what could be wrong. Really a delight to chat with, would recommend to anyone!
Marc did an amazing job. He was easy to talk to and help us (first time home buyers) to understand all aspects of our house! 100% would recommend!
My wife and I chose capital city home inspections for our recent purchase on our first home. Marc was very helpful in answering all of our questions! He set up our radon test 3 days early so that we could have everything done sooner! He was very knowledgeable about many of the systems in our house, and was realistic about what was a concern and what was not. Would definitely recommend!!!!!
Marc was nice but missed a shocking amount of major issues with my new house. I understand that it’s not possible to see everything, but if he would have noticed the obvious filled mouse holes that were in many visible locations throughout the house, for example, we would have had some warning that the sellers had lied on the condition report. Now we’re stuck with a poorly maintained money pit. I would not trust Marc with an inspection in the future.
