Super easy to setup an inspection online. Inspector was on time, very thorough, friendly and made everything easy to understand.

We had a good home inspection experience with Capital City Home Inspections. Marc was on time, friendly and efficient as he conducted the inspection. We learned a lot about our house (which is about 20 years old) and what needs to be done in the coming years. We appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection report we received afterwards, and use of pictures and text color descriptions to indicate more important areas of consideration for repair or replacement inside and outside of the house.
I was very impressed with Capital City Home Inspector and Marc Schrader. I did not need an entire home inspection, but wanted an impartial opinion on my roof. Marc agreed to do that for a minimal charge giving me a written report along with a video,and came the same day I contacted him!
