Marc did an outstanding job of helping with a new siding installation. He identified a key issue and was timely in helping us to ensure this issue was resolved in a satisfactory way. His communication was upbeat and emphasized the hopefulness of changing a problem while siding was off. He also helped us insure kickout flashing was properly used as well as flashing over windows. Highly recommend. This is money very well spent!
Our Inspector from Capital City Home Inspections was incredibly thorough and highly knowledgeable about new construction standards. Excellent Professional services, giving us total peace of mind before closing. Highly recommend!
Marc did a great job with the pre-inspection for my home sale. Thankfully, there were no major issues and Marc was very thorough.
