1st time home buyer. Called on a Monday, inspection was that Thursday, had report Thursday night. Incredibly detailed with images, thermal images, and video. Entire report is well done with thorough explanation. Met at the house when inspection was finishing and got helpful guidance on areas of concern/questions. Ultimately, the report helped us get a credit, repairs, and warranty from sellers. Report paid for itself many times over.
