Dr. Anderson was my doctor, I miss him terribly, but wish him a Happy Retirement. He had the best bedside manner, which is rarely found these days.I’m now in Dr. Echols care. I have not met her yet. I know she will be great since she is working for Montgomery Gsstro. I have seen NP Brittany Barber several times. Love her to death she is so sweet and really seems to care about your needs. Thank you for all that you do!

Never even got to make an appointment.. called the office number multiple times and never connected with a person. Was put on hold every call for over 20 minutes, so I found another doctor .
I was referred to Dr. Mark Anderson, but he is retiring. I saw a NP. Trying to get someone on the phone is a nightmare. Takes more than a week to get staff to fill out Prior Authorization for prescription refills.
I have always used Dr white but now he’s retired so I recently used Dr Echols. She is a wonderful Dr.Her office staff “Tanya” is the rudest human being I’ve ever talked to. I have never dealt with someone so heartless!!! Something should be done about her attitude. She has no care for people. She calls herself a nurse??? She’s in the wrong profession.
