Installed wrong doors and took 5 months to get doors that rather than get the right doors from the manufacturer they were locally modified To add windows and overlays of trim and quality was not what I would have received from the actual manufacturer. Craftsmanship on modifications were subpar. Glass windows were cut short and therefore it has Several openings around the trim.
Michael, the Technician , got here right on time. He repaired my door in short order. Super service, great attitude and enjoyable to talk with. All in all, I am very pleased with Capital City Garage Doors!!!
I would not use this company for your garage doors. I had previously 6 years ago used them for a garage door and all went well and then bought a new home and ordered and paid for cedar wood insulated doors which were very expensive. His installers installed the wrong style doors that was the basic design with no windows or trim that was ordered. The owner said he would come out and reinstall the right ones and that was back in March. After 3 months and many emails and phone calls he never shows up when he says he will. Still... read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company has horrendous customer service and zero respect for the client's time. I called at 8:30am requesting a service call for a garage door that would not open. The gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and scheduled our service window for 12:00 - 2:00pm. After sitting at home all day, no one showed up, called, or sent a text to say they would not make it within the window. Loren took my call at 815 am and responded immediately. He arrived at 3 pm and had my door repaired and operating by 420 pm. His fairness, promptness and thoroughness was exemplary. I highly recommend Capital City Garage Doors of Lakeway!
