I ordered a specific type of flower (my mom's favorite) for her birthday, but the florist changed it without notifying me ahead of time. When I called, the florist said the different flower was "the same". It's not the same flower. The new one is not my mom's favorite. Bad customer service.
I did not get what I ordered (wrong colors) and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It was delivered on Monday. Since her birthday was Friday, I would assume she thinks I forgot her birthday or it was an afterthought.
