I have been going to Capital City Fitness for almost a year now and have loved every workout I have attended. Workouts are varied so you dont feel like you are doing the same thing everyday, which I like. Workouts are explained well and the coaches help you see how each workout fits into the area of focus the program is currently on. Would highly recommend Mike and his team!
Coach Mike is phenomenal at leading fun and engaging workouts. He helps you gauge where you are at and walks you along the process of getting stronger at your own rate. He is very actively involved in teaching proper form and helps you build your success in smart ways. There are different challenges to get involved in if you wish to participate in them so there are different goals for different people to work on.
