My hectic schedule makes it tough to plan ahead for many things especially dentist visits, yet the staff here always manages to get me in without any issue. Dr. Michelotti and hygienist Jenna M track my progress (or lack thereof!) with a sense of humor and even give me some freebie tooth brushes as thank you’s on the way out the door.
Decent care, but It’s virtually impossible to make an appointment with them. The receptionist is incredibly rude when you call to reschedule and they didn’t even try to reschedule me. Will be going somewhere else.
Dr. Schauer is -- hands down -- the best dentist I've ever seen! He squeezed me in for an emergency appointment and managed to turn a root canal into a total breeze. So many dentists have terrible bedside manner and make you feel bad about yourself, which in turn makes visits even harder. Yet even in the midst of a true dental emergency, Dr. Schauer treated me like a person, made me feel like I was normal, and calmly explained how we were going to solve this problem.
