I would probably say 2.5 stars more than 3 but .5 was not able to be put in. We used capital cooling to have the ductwork under our house replaced and to move the furnace for a new configuration. One issue we had during the work was a shortage of communication about the timeline of the project and when they would be coming out each day to do the work so that we could make plans accordingly.
