I’ve been a customer of Capital City Bank for 9 years and have always receive above and beyond service. Access to my accounts are easy and accurate. Whether I’m using the ATM, Virtual Teller, mobile device, or my computer, I have never encountered an issue. I also appreciate the maintenance and security checks if he bank notice anything unusual about my accounts. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you for all of your products and services.

The virtual assistant was out of order so I had to drive back around to deposit cash into a regular ATM, which I never do. It never feels like a safe option. But I did it and it was quick and easy.
