Welcome to the Capital City Ambulance Service. We are based in in ColumbiaSC, AikenSC, AugustaGA, and Thomson, GA. We provide Emergency and Non-Emergency ACLS/BLS transportation 24/7. We also provide CCT for special needs patients. Ventilator dependent, multiple drip are no problem. We offer Critial Care Parmedics and RN's by arrangement. We can also arrange Air Transportation. They are very unprofessional & never on time.-The lady Bobbi is the worse & her attitude stinks‼️The owner is no better he backs up everything Bobbi says & doesn’t cater to the families in need….DO NOT RECOMMEND
Did not take my aunty identification card they gave it back now I can't find her. Each hospital said they don't have a patient by her name....smh
Back May 24th 2025 I had to call 911 I couldn't breath and having chest pains. Ambulance showed up 2 young guys came in my door with no medical equipment not even a stethoscope on ask me what was wrong told him he said come on let's go to hospital they both walked out the door before me was down the hill at the ambulance before I ever got off the porch they opened one door to back of ambulance and I had to get my self up in ambulance by myself. They put the belt on me and put the finger thing on I never saw another attendant... read more
One of the worst places ever avoided all cost owner is all about money
They charge you for things that didn’t do. All this ambulance company do is take your money. They are a high price taxi service. Take yourself if at all possible. I would give them zero stars if I could.
