I contacted the dealership by phone about a car I saw on the website and spoke with Greg. He set up an appointment that was at a convenient time, and had the car ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. He was friendly and professional, and knew quite a bit of detail about the car's features. Pricing was reasonable and, while some "back and forth," waiting while the manager is asked was done, (as is usual when buying a car), it was not excessive and was not aggravating at all. We purchased a 2019 Ram today and it was a GREAT experience from the time we walked in the door! We had our 1 year old with us the entire day and she even had a good time! Cheyenne was amazing! She literally is an expert. Everyone worked so hard to make us happy!. We just want to thank everyone for the terrific customer service! We will definitely come back!
Update: just bought our second SUV in 3 weeks. Thank you Josh for a wonderful experience and being patient & fun to work with!! Josh was our Sales Guy. He was so fun and easy to deal with. Took the pain out of car buying. I’d highly recommend him....will be going back when we trade in our second vehicle soon!!
