I contacted the dealership by phone about a car I saw on the website and spoke with Greg. He set up an appointment that was at a convenient time, and had the car ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. He was friendly and professional, and knew quite a bit of detail about the car's features. Pricing was reasonable and, while some "back and forth," waiting while the manager is asked was done, (as is usual when buying a car), it was not excessive and was not aggravating at all. Update: just bought our second SUV in 3 weeks. Thank you Josh for a wonderful experience and being patient & fun to work with!! Josh was our Sales Guy. He was so fun and easy to deal with.
