We paid a $1,850 security deposit and received a refund of $30 when we moved out. We’ve had a very disappointing experience renting with Capital Choice Property Management (to say the least). In July 2025, they sent us a written lease renewal notice with multiple options for continuing our tenancy, and I also confirmed over the phone that we would be able to renew. Based on those assurances, we scheduled my kidney transplant for September 25th, trusting our housing situation would remain stable.
