Received a bill to pay for processing services while receiving care. The bill stated that this was the company’s final effort to collect payment or insurance information and that within 30 days payment would be turned over to collections. Absolutely absurd that in the 21st century you have to either call them during their business hours or mail a check to make a payment. I will be voicing my dissatisfaction with the surgeon as I do not ever want to use this place again. Horrible customer service and a huge inconvenience!
