It takes a lot for me to leave a negative comment and review. I know the people I work with are not at fault. However, this dealership has taken advantage of me. The first involves a price change after signing paperwork for an SUV, I was initial told a price they then told me they made a mistake after I signed the paper work and the second is a truck that’s accumulating over 30 days with steering problems, and four attempts to fix it— I’ve already opened a lemon law case. Just moved to the Raleigh NC area. Engine light came on this weekend. Was able to schedule service over the weekend. Diagnostic showed thermostat mile function and discovered it was under warranty. Also was able to take care of 60,000 mile service. Great customer service with Elysia who showed sympathized with my situation. I have found my Cadillac dealership for service.
