I just got a wrong number call from this office at my place of employment.... after I told her that I was not Peggy I said let me look and see if I can find you a number for who you are looking for and she just hung up on me..... number 1 you should not ask for the patient by first and last name because she has now violated hippa.... number 2 when you interrupt someones day because you cannot dial a number correctly apologize and don't just hang up when they offer to help you find who you are looking for
Dr. Mika has some of the best staff I've ever encountered. RN Maria is super nice and very good at her job, his PA is also very nice and makes patients feel comfortable. Dr. Mika himself is no nonsense, but super smart and even diagnosed a few problems not related to reasons that I see him. I'm glad I'm in good hands.
