I just completed my clinical placement at Capital Cardiology West. I had an amazing time learning here. Everybody is so warm and friendly and I felt like part of the team since day 1. Shout out to Sam, Shaheen, Aqsa, Krys, Dana, and Lisa/ entire the admin team. Dr Alemi, in particular, was a fantastic mentor and so approachable. All in all, you guys are all great people and thank you for this experience. Missing you guys!
My student placement at Capital Cardiology was an amazing experience. I received excellent training in administrative tasks and was supported every step of the way. A big thank you to Mandi, my lead, who guided me with patience and care. The doctors, admin staff, sonographers, and the entire support team were professional, kind, and always willing to help. Every person I’ve met that works here has been incredibly friendly, caring, and nice. All the medical tests I had to do were scheduled with little to no wait time. Everything was properly explained to me in advance, and the tests were conducted diligently and in a comfortable environment.
Their hours are terrible. It is impossible to get ahold of them for anyone who starts work before 9am and ends work after 3pm because of their terrible phone answering hours. I would recommend that anyone who works in education not even bother trying to get an appointment because you won’t be able to reach them either before you start work or after you end work
