Bought a Mercury mountaineer from them and it’s been a blessing! Very good service. They even replaced the blinker at no charge a week later when it stopped working. Would buy from them again!
They are polite, professional, and care about the person they are selling their cars to! I looked at several of their cars and they were extremely clean!
At the very least open the trunk and ensure its vacuumed (picture included is of my trunk after the car was cleaned). Also don't allow employees to use customer car radios or at least disconnect their ipod and put it back how they found it. After having my personal vehicle cleaned I can no longer lock my driver side door from the inside. how do you clean a car and break the lock? I won't recommend.
We purchased a car through this car lot that they advertised as four wheel drive. Got it home and it wasn’t. Called them and told them and said we wanted to return it. They told us we needed to pay sales tax first (false) then stopped answering our calls. They have the vehicle back and refuse to give us our money back. Would not recommend. Very crappy business dealer.
you dont stand behind your cars. poor service
They sell crappy cars, I have had tons of buddies have cars motors mess up on them and when you ask them about it they do nothing to try to help and just block people so they don’t have to deal with it. They don’t have a good detailing service either. They clean the car but break things in the process. I will never take my busy to them when buying a vehicle or getting a detail. I do not recommend anyone to have any business with them. Terrible place.
Highly recommend this is the place to go if you are in the market for a used truck!
Great detailing work. Look past the older, low star reviews and go see them for yourself! Let them prove to you they’re great to work with.
