Allyson has. been seeing the Doctor (Dr. Rao) for a lotof years. Dr. Rao is the best. doctor I. have ever seen. I saw 28 different doctors that were not up to the challenge. He is great.
Absolutely terrible at responding to patients! Put my son on a new medication and he did not respond well. When trying to call and speak to someone to schedule an appt to get it worked out- no one answers. Left several messages to which the recording says they will call back 24 hours later. Well it has been a WEEK and no call back and I called around the clock for several days leaving messages. My son is 9 years old and that is absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Roa is a wonderful doctor who actually takes time to listen before he starts writing for medicine. He is very up to date and knowledgeable about current medications and and alternative options. His staff is great too.
