Super happy with their customer service. My husband went on Medicare and I got a new BC card for March. The deductible from the plan from Jan to March did not carry over. I get Medicare in May so essentially all my bills will be paying for 3 different deductibles. Selena took my call. Confirmed it was the exact same coverage just my husband came off and a new ID card was given for that. In less than 24 hours BC called back. Raised my supplemental insurance premiums by 26% for 2026. Difficult to get a hold of. Call backs might not happen. No easy way to cancel.
If there's a 0 star, that's what I will give this company. I was just trying to get authorization for lab work, instead I got transferred fifteen times and no one knew what the hell is going on.
