If there's a 0 star, that's what I will give this company. I was just trying to get authorization for lab work, instead I got transferred fifteen times and no one knew what the hell is going on.

Absolutely deplorable communication and customer service.
Second year in row I paid 250 for my physical because I asked my doctor a question that wasn't physical related or something, until they changed this policy I will never want to support them
