I just wanted to give a shoutout to Mark Senoski at Capital Blue. I have never met a more pleasant employee. He answers all of my questions quickly & respectfully. I hope that he gets notified of this as he’s really an asset to their engagement team!
Can’t say enough bad things about them. My family was dropped due to lack of payment, even though we stopped receiving bills in the mail and there was no other way for us to pay. We kept telling them this and they refused to believe it. We lost coverage right before our daughter was born, so now we’re stuck with over $20,000 of medical bills. This battle with them has just begun….
