Was simply terrible just to get replacement card, and rewards card and took too long, while they're avoiding ACW without hanging up, and if either person would've listened they would have heard me say several times that without a wallet and cards, how can I supply you with anything? Great service. By far the best place to go for medical insurance. Heidi Abraham Was the best. Was able to answer all my questions and made the process smooth and fast.
What a waste of my time. I set an appointment for a nutritionist. Get there and they said I don't need a test and a nutritionist is not in person. So why would the web site make the appointment in person. Thanks for wasting an hour driving.
The agents were a great help for getting insurance when the Healthcare.gov dropped me.
