Worst experience ever! I am a young Black professor at a DC area university and wanted to bank with a small financial institution versus a mega bank. I walked into this bank hoping to open an account and the two associates looked at me like I did not belong there and continued to assist their previous customer. I was never verbally recognized or offered a seat but sat patiently regardless.
