I called in the morning, and Rachel, the office manager, was pleasant, gave me a clear quote, and scheduled me for the same day. When I arrived, they got me in right away and had me out in no time. They gained a new customer. I felt they were trustworthy and efficient.
Capital Automotive was amazing from start to finish! Everyone was so helpful and patient, and Rachel really stood out. She explained everything in a way that made sense, and we felt completely taken care of. They were honest, affordable, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. It’s rare to find a shop that makes you feel this comfortable and confident in the work being done. This is definitely going to be our go-to shop from now on!
Rachel took fantastic care of us, getting us in and out quickly. The mechanics in the shop didn't upsell us on repairs we didn't need need and the price was reasonable. I'm glad we found them!
Rachel was very helpful at the front desk. They genuinely cared, it was just about the money to them, and I really appreciated that. I met a gentleman in the shop who was also very kind and helpful, but didn’t get his name. Amazing crew, very helpful and caring. I recommend to anyone and everyone!
