I requested multiple times of different days at varying times to speak with owner Tim Michael regarding improper business practices being executed at one of his dealerships for my child attempting to purchase a car. Apparently, a single customer who is currently serving with the US Armed Forces overseas doesn't warrant a call back so perhaps a Google review and BBB review will warrant the proper attention from a 30 plus year capital automotive group principal owner.
Cannot say enough good things about Taylor Howell and the Capital Automotive Group team. Very knowledgeable with great attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Very easy process buying a car with Capitol Auto. Joey stayed in contact with me prior to my purchase and Maria was great with handling my paperwork. They both very nice and welcoming. I was also contacted as soon as my tag came in to come pick it up. The only thing that I did not like is that the sale price was the final price No negotiation, however I still got a great vehicle for a great price.
Hey Capital Auto Group, it sure would be swell if you started tipping the drivers that pick up all of your service customers. Thanks!
