1-Star Review – Terrible Cleanup, Zero Professionalism I had my windshield replaced by Capital Auto glass today, and while the glass itself seems fine, the installation crew treated my car like a drop cloth. Inside: They left urethane or silicone crumbs, and dusty debris scattered across the dashboard, seats, and floor mats. I spent over an hour vacuuming and wiping everything down myself—(they did offer to come clean it when I called to complain, and I made the choice to do it myself as I had already lost faith in them). They replaced my Palisade windshield quickly, the office lady was friendly, and I have had zero issues with my windshield. Highly recommend them!
