This place is a joke. First time I went they misdiagnosed bad inner tie rods. When I replaced them the old ones were working perfectly and had no play in them and the issue was with the outer tie rods. I went again for a wheel alignment appointment which I booked one week in advance, dropped off the car in the morning and was told it should be done around noon time. Please do your homework about this dealership. I purchased an extra $5000 warranty package when purchasing my vehicle. I have since needed repairs on two seperate issues in which neither was covered. One was structural on the vehicle, the other was electronic. When inquiring about the warranty I am being talked down and dismissed. Never will I buy from them again. Like I said, do your homework before your purchase and don't be fooled by their "professional demeanor ".

I had an absolute weapon of a rig picked out, and Mr Ryan took care of the rest. Lee out at finance was a breeze, and every member went above and beyond for me. I picked out a Kona awd, and there were a few little things needed to done to have it ready for me. Unfortunately the delay in a part was around a week after everything. I have bought my car through Capital Auto and have been their service client for the past 3 years. I have absolutely loved the experience, specially with Megan, the dealership manager who anytimes has seen me wait in the lobby comes over to check if he can be of help, and the service team, the reasonable prices the offer with a shuttle service which is always a life saver.
