They misdiagnosed bad inner tie rods. When I replaced them the old ones were working perfectly and had no play in them.
I had an absolute weapon of a rig picked out, and Mr Ryan took care of the rest. Lee out at finance was a breeze, and every member went above and beyond for me. I picked out a Kona awd, and there were a few little things needed to done to have it ready for me. Unfortunately the delay in a part was around a week after everything. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a 2017 Ford Escape from here 3 years ago it’s been a NIGHTMARE. I’m on engine number 5 or 6 (yes I’ve lost count it’s been so many) they have it for months every time it breaks down. Sits so long things seize up, breaks, drive shaft, etc. The last time they had it for 5 months, my loaner wasn’t registered and was still in someone else’s name. Worst worst worst ever service team. They don’t know what they are doing. They claim they can work on BMW, but they are a bunch of liars who don’t know how to work on cars. I’ve been going back and forth with them since May, and they can't accommodate repairs to my car that they ruined while detailing when I purchased the car. Had issues with my seat and airbag because they washed my electronic modules when I bought the car.
