Highly do not recommend Capital Auto Center — rude staff, poor communication, and no respect for customers’ time. Terrible experience. I brought my car for a simple wheel alignment that usually takes less than an hour — they kept it for two full days and still didn’t finish the job. First they said a part needed replacement, then told me one section was too rusted and they couldn’t loosen a bolt, so alignment couldn’t be done at all. This place is a joke. First time I went they misdiagnosed bad inner tie rods. When I replaced them the old ones were working perfectly and had no play in them and the issue was with the outer tie rods. I went again for a wheel alignment appointment which I booked one week in advance, dropped off the car in the morning and was told it should be done around noon time. Please do your homework about this dealership. I purchased an extra $5000 warranty package when purchasing my vehicle. I have since needed repairs on two seperate issues in which neither was covered. One was structural on the vehicle, the other was electronic. When inquiring about the warranty I am being talked down and dismissed. Never will I buy from them again. Like I said, do your homework before your purchase and don't be fooled by their "professional demeanor ".
