I have never seen so many added fees in my car shopping ventures. A "Drive Away Happy fee" that is simply ridiculous. It also has very little value and the best part is it is Non Optional Charge customer for the carfax as well as high end dealership fees on over priced used vehicles. The 599.00 document fee is on the high side. 899.00 " Drive Away Happy" fee..... if im paying in the vicinity of 30k for a used vehicle I should Drive away happy without a fee to do so. They sold me a car with warranty, one month after purchasing my engine began over heating, no A/C and multiple codes popping up on the dash like 'engine coolant over temp' and more. Over the past 4 years they've had my car in the shop so many times i lost count and the problem still isn't fixed. Each time they have a new reason why its happening (corroded wires, faulty sensor, etc). We do not recommend this company…. We bought our car and also purchased the extra warranty convinced it was a good idea back in October and no time after we get a knocking in the back we waited forever to have some one to contact us to have a look but it never happened and had to contact them again . Brought in our car to find out the problem only to discover the warranty we purchased is useless will not cover the issue and would cost us over $800 out of pocket ( like we’re not paying enough already) with the cost of living ... read more
