I would like to say that I am happy I came across this place. Joe was very accommodating. I had to switch my drop off time a couple times and he still worked with me to get my vehicle in and I got it back in good timing. I was very pleased with the service is recieved. And the prices are unbeatable. I've received several quotes but his was the absolute best. It's been over a month now and the body work still looks great, no paint chipping or anything. Joe worked some absolute magic to get my rear bumper looking new again, and at a very reasonable price. Any other place in Austin you call will want to give up and replace your bumper just to rake in more money. Capital Auto Body Repair isn’t like that. Outstanding customer service, quick turnaround, great price, and unbeatable quality of work.
Great work at a great price! I had some issues with a dent, my bumper, and the AC. I’d actually had my bumper “fixed” at another shop before, but it fell off just a month later. After a quick call with the owner, Joe, he clearly explained everything and gave me an estimate based on a picture I sent over. Dropped off my car and it was ready in just 2 hours. Super fast, no surprises, and solid work. Highly recommend!
Capital Auto took care of my auto issues, parts and labor costing much less than another mechanic’s estimate. Joey was incredibly professional, communicated expectations clearly from our first interaction, and worked around my schedule to finish when I most needed my car.
