I Have recently refinanced my house with Sam at Capital assets and it was a great and smooth process . I Highly recommend working with them and specially with Sam , he is great at communicating and answer all your questions . Will work with Capital assets in the future and recommend to everyone.

My wife and I have used Sam at Capital Assets for our mortgage and refinancing loans (two purchases and a refinance). Everything went smoothly. Sam is thorough and provides the necessary communication throughout the process. We had a few minor hiccups crop up during the process, but Sam was able to work through them efficiently to keep the process on track. I loved having Sam Partridge help us with this he was amazing he made sure that we knew every detail, we kept asking questions after questions and he kept answering every little one. We appreciate all that you did for us. We started our process in August and we closed in October so first payment was due in December we are so excited to own our home so we can raise our family and be happy here thanks Sam at capital assets for a helping us with this opportunity. Sam was amazing to work with! We've actually used him twice and would never go anywhere else! He got us a wonderful rate and worked so hard for us throughout our very long building process. He was always available to answer any questions we had (he is extremely knowledgeable about the market) and he explained everything to us regarding our mortgage. Sam's uber professionalism really blows me away. Sam is excellent to work with and knowledgeable about the market which makes it a given to find the best deal for your need at the time. He has helped us out on two mortgages and he takes the time the explain the important details. He always puts customer service first and is extremely generous with his time. Great to know there is someone in the industry you can truly trust with the big decisions.

We have done several deals with Sam, and he never fails to impress us with his professionalism and generosity! He always is right on top of the details and there has been several times when he has pointed out things in closings that might have been overlooked and have always been to our benefit! Plus I have always felt that our "good" has always been on the forefront of his mind. It has never been about the money to Sam--and we really appreciate that. We seriously wouldn't go to anybody else.

Great company. Sam is amazing, responds quickly, my husband and I were in capable hands getting our first house. He also got us magically low interest rates. You feel like he knows you and has your best interest at heart!
