NO STARS AT ALL! I usually don’t leave reviews because I believe people should form their own opinions about a place — but in this case, I feel obligated to warn others. We are current tenants with Acora Asset Management, and it has been a complete disaster from the start. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. When we moved into the house, it was in a state of absolute disrepair. Nothing was cleaned properly. I have been a tenant for 10 years and Capital Asset has been amazing to work with. Joy Peña is my property manager and she has always been so helpful, and such a great communicator. Capital Asset is so great with keeping me updated, whether it’s something that I have scheduled or the waste management pick up schedule or anything! They are so easy to work with, and I am very thankful to have Joy and the team there to support my business.
