I have been a tenant for 10 years and Capital Asset has been amazing to work with. Joy Peña is my property manager and she has always been so helpful, and such a great communicator. Capital Asset is so great with keeping me updated, whether it’s something that I have scheduled or the waste management pick up schedule or anything! They are so easy to work with, and I am very thankful to have Joy and the team there to support my business.

I’ve was with Executive Hub for many years my car was broken into twice one time it was smashed into the secretaries are always broke over there looking to borrow money off of people that rent spaces at the buildings over there. You should just go to Regus. They are more professional.
CAM is wonderful to work with! We have equipment in all of their facilities and everyone has been incredible to deal with!!
Great shared workspace. Excellent staff that keep the facility in great shape. The atmosphere is welcoming and energetic and provides me with a great work environment day to day!
