Andrew was instrumental in my post-surgery recovery. After shoulder surgery, I had 2 sessions per week for 4 months. Not only did Andrew help me physically recover, he informed me about what was going on with my body during the healing process.
I went in with back and leg pain and had significant relief with my very first visit. Tori worked with me and taught me ways to continue my farming and horseback riding without reinjuring myself. I highly recommend this group

I recently finished my second time going for PT at Capital Area Physical Therapy & Wellness and would recommend it to anyone in need of physical therapy. Everyone on the staff is beyond nice and helpful. My shoulder was reinjured in a car accident, the healing process was very difficult and took about ten months. My physical therapist Jennifer was amazing, and there's a friendly happy atmosphere there that definitely helps the healing process.
