Capital Area Health network is a joke, They do not care about their loyal employees. They treat you like a criminal. Poor management its all about the MONEY, When told that the dentist is treating patients poorly it goes unheard. They have no respect for the patients they are basically guinea pigs. The patients state they are in pain the Dentist Don't stop she keep on working. Please don't consider working here nor sending anyone there for treatment.
STAY AWAY! This is the worse medical experience I have ever had in my life!
I'm a high blood pressure patient and I stopped going here after Dr. Leon Brown told me that my blood pressure wasn't high at 138/87. When I told him that was considered high under the new standard for blood pressure he told me there was no new standard for high blood pressure and that I wasn't a doctor so I didn't know what I was talking about. I just came back from my first appointment with Bon secours.To clean up the mess the Capital Area health Network left me in first they didn't ship my medical records I requested that 3 weeks ago. To day was my appointment and didn't has records second I have been asking for referrals for neurology which were never filled the other referrals took over 3 months to get I got my neurology appointment scheduled in one day with all Bon secor the doctor my doctor at Bon secour took a very keen interest in my health issues didn't ju... read more
If you are a woman, That experience insurance issues I will recommend CHN the nurses and Doctors are very kind and sometimes f you may feel like if you don’t have insurance, you have to settle for any kind of secondhand establishment this place is clean and set up just like any other doctors.
