I found Ron to be very unprofessional. He showed up to my home without wearing a mask and I had to ask him to wear a mask. He seemed bothered when I asked him to remove his shoes before entering my home.
Would not recommend his services to anyone.
The worst appraisal company, Ron Keys is unprofessional should not be in this business and has done more harm than good. He has no idea of how appraisals are done I had 2 more companies do it and he was 83K less than the lowest quote. If your loan company uses them.....RUN!!!! Find someone else...
I really wish Google fix their bug and allow us to give zero or less. This guy deserves that. Absolute waste.
Thoroughly unprofessional. Knowingly used inappropriate comparables resulting in a ridiculously low appraisal and refused to adjust after our appeal clearly demonstrated same. Neighbors with same model house had an appraisal that was over $100,000 higher! Claimed he did not have time to use public tax records to gather data on the true comps in new construction development.
