Had them come out to look at my U-line refrigerator, because it was not cooling. The technician informed me that the thermostat was bad and that U-line no longer made the part, thus rendering my refrigerator useless. After personally speaking with U-line, it seems the technician completely fabricated the diagnosis or simply just didn’t know because my particular refrigerator does not even have a thermostat and U-line definitely still manufactures parts for my model.
