They have roaches. Like bad. The trash is constantly over flowing. Anytime it rains either the bottom units are flooding or the entire road/parking lot is flooding. We couldn’t move out any quicker, and had to throw away quite a bit of our belongings as we were to afraid they might be infested with roaches.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have spent months living with flooding, a leaking ceiling, and mold growing inside my apartment. Every time I report the issue, maintenance comes in, throws a few fans around, and leaves without actually fixing the problem. The flooding continues, the leaks continue, and the mold continues to grow. There is mold under my sink, ongoing water damage, and repeated leaks that management has been aware of for a long time. This has been one of the worst renting experiences I have ever had. Management has continuously failed to address serious maintenance issues, including ongoing leaks, flooding, water damage, and mold growth. Instead of fixing the problem correctly, maintenance repeatedly applied temporary patches while the condition of my apartment continued to worsen.
