My daughter who lived with me for over a year finally got one of their apartments. Before she could move in, she unexpectedly passed away. They refused to pay back any of the $375 she had paid. Nothing. They have cold black hearts.
Durring my last month they incorrectly charged me a late fee that was required to be paid before I could pay my rent on time. Then after paying my rent and the random late fee, I talked to them about it and said they will see what they can do and never did anything or even seemed to make any attempt to do anything about it. Neighbors are loud and management does nothing about it. I lived in this apartment complex for a few years. It was a great starter apartment. With time, unfortunately, the complex has declined in appearance and professionalism within management. Trash services are not adequate and managed. From the time I had lived there, at least 3 dumpsters were always made available. (For approximately 18 buildings which hold about 12 apartments per building, if not more). This changed following an issue with services, per management. Update: just realized looking at my Google account that this place has a five star rating from me....after living there for 2 years, I'm updating to a 1 star. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES Just moved in and we have been blown away at this place! It started with them gifting us with a barkbox at move-in for our dog! So unexpected and a level of friendliness and warmth we hadn't experienced before. Been living here since 2019 and I'll not be renewing my lease. Management is very professional! Maintenance is very respectful and are fast to respond to issues. Place used to nice but now it just isn't. The front gate is always broken, trash is always overflowing, and new people moving in are so noisy. If you don't want to hear loud Spanish Music 24/7 save your money and don't live here.
