These guys are amazing super helpful for first time renting leasing office couldn’t be more helpuful very satisfactory and would 100% recommend to come stay.
I use medical cannabis and they don’t allow it and they say to go to Walmart to pay rent or go online and pay it since I’ve been giving them a check every month they said I can’t reknew lease but otherwise they are nice people that work here

Just a heads up even if you deep clean the carpets yourself they will charge you $139 or more to clean the carpets. They stay behind on the water bill so expect to owe them hundreds of dollars at move out. There was an “undocumented” offender living below us that we found out about a month before we moved out (I have kids and we talked to these people not knowing). I lived here for about a year and a half I had to break my lease sadly due to personal reasons. Nothing to do with the apartment or staff itself. But I would say it was relatively easy to rent. I did have good credit but no renter history. Down payment was fairly normal. My apartment was ready pretty fast. When I first got it they even had a box of goodies for not only me but also my animals with apartment necessities like laundry detergent, dish detergent, scrubbies, etc. and treats for my animals.
