This place deserves -1000 stars. We had horrible mold in our utility closet. See the picture I attached. Our bathroom ceiling would grow mold so fast I had to bleach the ceiling once a week with a toothbrush. We had someone break into our apartment and when I posted on the community app warning others, management took it down. The management got combative with me over it. Great staff
I stayed here for about a year and a half. The staff is friendly, the place is relatively well maintained, and communication is good. My apartment was nice for the price, only had minor issues which were resolved. The only downside is they do allow smoking, which means people can smoke inside their apartments and yours may end up smelling like cigarettes. However, the place is great for the cost
The webpage is terrible. I filled out forms then unable to submit. Could not find any prices on monthly rent. I'll look elsewhere.
