This place has gone down hill the last year or so. the gate never works the pool was green half of the summer on top of that Managment will try and blame you for their lack of due diligence when it comes to water damage from an apt above mine. i was also told it was safe to live with black mold seaping through the dry wall. I’ve lived at Capital at St. Charles for almost three years. It used to be a decent place, but things have seriously gone downhill. Trash is constantly overflowing. We used to have three dumpsters, and now there's only one which clearly isn’t enough, yet management doesn’t seem to care. Garbage piles up around the dumpster: old furniture, dirty diapers, broken crates, and boxes scattered everywhere. The smell and mess are truly disgusting. Do not rent from here. You will get charged a "exit fee" of some kind within the range of 1000-1500$ no matter the state you leave your apartment in. My apartment was professionally cleaned and we stayed for 3 years. We were charged 900$ for a carpet replacement among other things.
