I cannot recommend Capital Animal Hospital and their incredible staff enough. They recently performed surgery on my dog, Harvey, and their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to educating pet owners truly stood out. Harvey is now on the mend, and I have never felt so safe, understood, and supported by a veterinary team. This was Harvey’s third surgery, but our first at Capital Animal Hospital. I took my dog in because he was not using one leg for a few months. Dr. Suber saw him for about 2 minutes and assured me it was a torn acl. I scheduled surgery and brought him in for it. Later that day, I got a call that they decided to not do surgery because they did an x-ray and thought it was a"weird situation" and he "didn't know if it was actually a torn acl."
