My very sick husband was transported by non emergent van to and from EMMC to Radiation therapy in Brewer (6 miles each way) three times. It was during the most brutal heat of this July. He was very sick and weak, and rarely got out of his hospital bed. He was sat upright in a wheelchair, pushed into the back of the van, where there was inadequate cooling. TODAY I WILL BOAST NORTHERN LIGHT MEDICAL TRANSPORT, THEY HAVE NO AMBULANCES. CONSTANT ACCIDENTS OF OIL OR UNWANTED SUBSTANCE SPILLS INSIDE THE DANG TRANSPORT LAUNCH. DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK AT A HOSPITAL.
Booked an appointment only to have them push it to northeast who charges more then double. They do not answer the phone and made a very difficult and emotional experience worse. Do not use them.
