I rented an apartment in the Normanby building in Southbank, where Capital Alliance served as the developer, real estate agent, building manager and property manager. Their service throughout was disappointing. Sean took over the management of our unit recently, to be precise, 3 weeks ago. The unit was vacant from April because the previous tenants did not renew their tenancy. The landlords were not advised on this matter, as the previous manager had left. Sean, whom we contacted on the first week of April, took over the management of our unit.
